If you would like to request deletion of your personal data associated with a Next Chapters account, you may do so at any time.
You may submit a deletion request by emailing support@nextchapters.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.
Upon receiving your request, Next Chapters will verify your identity and remove your personal data from our systems unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
If you created your account using a third party login service such as Facebook Login or Google Sign-In, the data associated with that authentication connection will also be removed as part of your request.
Please note that residual copies of certain information may remain in encrypted backup systems for a limited period of time for operational or legal compliance purposes.
If you are a contributor to a collaborative or community book on the Next Chapters platform, previously approved chapters or contributions that are part of a shared work may remain in place to preserve the integrity of that publication. Removal of an account does not remove approved contributions that are already incorporated into a collaborative work.
